HOW TO MAKE AN INVISIBLE FOLDER ON DESKTOP?

Hello friends. Every computer user whether he/she is a frequent or occasional user, whether he/she is a professional or general user wants to make his/her important files secret or in other words, he/she doesn't want her files to be accessed by someone else. So, what if you could make an invisible folder that can contain all your files? Do you think is it possible? Yes, of course! you can.

Actually this is very classical and old trick for hiding your file and no doubt you must be knowing. But, there may be many user who doesn't know about this trick. And this trick doesn't require any software to be installed and used. As you all know that i wanna make most of the things working without any software because i believe that most of the things can be done with tricks and with limited resources and moreover I answer first 'what if' then I go for 'how'. I mean to say 'What if you don't have any software and wanna hide your files rather than how to hide files with software'.
So lets begin:

 Steps

1. Create a New folder. 

2. Press F2 to rename. 

 3. Press Alt+0160 or Alt+255 from the Number Pad of the keyboard. (NOTE: 0160 or 255 must be entered from Numberpad of the keyboard, otherwise it will not work )

4. Miracle! Now the folder name is invisible. Just change the icon of the folder (goto: Folder properties->customize->change icon and choose an empty icon. 

5. Now your folder is totally invisible. Put your Mouse Pointer over the folder you will see that the folder is there but it is invisible. Now drag and keep it any where in your desktop area!! 

 Attention! This method is not for highly confidential information. This is neither secure nor lasts for longer time because when you hover your mouse pointer over the folder area, it can be easily notified. Its just for temporary hiding for shorter period unless it can get into someone's notice! Try and Enjoy it. Thank you.
